Thank you for reaching out to us. The order email you received includes a link to check live wait times at the collection site, which includes direct information about where the collection site is. This information clearly states the exact location (in your case the Quest PSC in Walmart). We take all feedback as an opportunity to improve our service though and appreciate your suggestion. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with and we will be happy to.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We work hard to keep our pricing competitive in the telehealth industry, so much that we will match and beat any other service offering equivalent lab-based panel testing. Our goal is to provide a platform that has no surprise fees after testing is performed. You'll know exactly what you are paying for up front when signing up online unlike many other lab testing services. Our rates are discounted up to 80% off of the list prices that private labs bill at, and we pass these savings along to our patients to facilitate fair and affordable healthcare with zero surprises or issues with insurance claims being denied. We would love the opportunity to discuss this with you further as putting our patients needs above all else is our number one priority: [email protected]

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our account representative with Quest, approximately 10% of all PSCs nationwide had been impacted by the APTIMA tube shortage. The rest of the PSCs still carry them in stock. We were assured that the remaining PSCs were able to re-order supplies early last week. We are not notified of which facilities are affected, or else we would direct our patients elsewhere. Unfortunately it looks like you ended up at a testing center that hadn't received their shipment yet. We're glad that we were able to rectify the issue in offering you a credit for testing. If you have any questions about your lab order or testing experience, our patient care manager who helped with your ticket request is happy to discuss further. Thank you for choosing Priority Health!

We're glad to hear everything ended up well for you! Our director of patient services has reached out to the appropriate administrators at Quest to follow up as to why the sample was not handled correctly in the first place. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. We want to ensure there are no issues at this collection site for any future patients. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help and we'll be happy to assist!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We encourage all patients to contact our care counselors to review their test results for the exact reason you have described. Nobody should have to live with anxiety, and we would have been more than happy to explain your results to you if you had contacted us. The IgG antibody test is the gold standard diagnostic test for HSV, not a cheap alternative. Our director of patient services has reached out to you privately to address your concerns.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! Our goal is to provide fastest, most accurate, and private testing service available, all while keeping prices affordable for our patients. We work hard to keep our pricing competitive and are confident enough to match and beat any other service offering an equivalent panel of testing. If you have found panel testing for less, please contact one of our patient care managers and we will gladly reimburse you the difference: [email protected]
