Thank you for the great feedback! We mention in the first sentence of our order emails and instructions that patients should not sign up for MyQuest to avoid issues just like you mentioned. Our result system does not require registration and has immediate access directly from the lab itself, which is more secure and fast. We are always looking for opportunities to improve our service though, and appreciate the opportunity to improve our patient experience going forward. Thank you for choosing Priority!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We request that patients contact us directly, not Quest, as our system is much simpler and secure. We instruct patients not to use MyQuest in all correspondence we issue for this very reason. Our number is 1-888-211-2365, and only has two options to speak with our care counselors. Our director of patient services will reach out to you privately to address your concerns.
