I have received my medication on time, but have questioned its authenticity. I have noticed it comes in different vials, some have Vitamin B added and others have not. Customer support is mostly non responsive with disconnected phone lines, and promised call-backs that never occurred, and no responses to customer chat. I have niticed they they do reach out when it is time to reorder, but basically hear nothing from them otherwise. Improvement over all is definitely needed, although other providers have not proven to be any better.

I have been so happy with Priority meds. Very efficient, and were happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am very happy with this company. My only issue is that Fed Ex has put my meds in a regular locker instead of the refrigerated locker that are on site right next to the regular ones. I got my meds warm. Scary. They need to tell Fed Ex about this issue.

A quick and easy process. All in all, it took 3 days from start to receiving notice that it was shipped. I had tried Ro and after 8 days of emails needing more info, I fired them and switched to Prioritymeds. PM was also cheaper.

Process has been relatively simple and i havent had any questions.

The quality of the product and the easy instruction on The dosage to inject. The cost was reasonable as well.

Received medication in a timely manner. Opened the package & the ice packs were HOT, not warm but HOT. have received an automated response stating it’s fine. Can not reach a medical professional on link or at the pharmacy, mailbox is full. Disputing this charge ***** Update 5/15 still no response except on here. All my information is listed in my account including email & phone number so how hard have you tried to reach me? The email you sent asking for this review doesn’t even accept responses!
