My claim was handled quickly. The contractor who came to our house was informative and helpful. Very happy with the experience. The pool repair technician spent time with my husband giving him advice on what to buy to keep our pool running better and our chemicals to last longer. He suggested a few products to buy. No complaints.

Had another good experience with Priority Home Warranty, particularly Andrew. I always feel they have my back and best interests in mind. I was trying to confirm my appointment with a technician, and they went above and beyond to make sure it happened right away which I truly appreciate.

So thankful this home warranty sent out a reliable garage door company. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He didn’t try to up sell or pressure me into buying anything. That was a nice change.

josh was very helpful in answering all questions and concerns I had when setting up a policy. He was also very helpful in finding flexible options within my budget. He even called me back to confirm I got the emails I requested. He was a pleasure to work with. Thanks! I look forward to dealing with the rest of the team at Priority Home Warranty!
