Actually the best thing that Priority Gold did was to correct something that fell through the cracks (a previous order). They admitted their shortcoming and immediately made changes to insure it would not happen again. Their customer service department was very proactive and consistent during this corrective period. Their sales department got management involved and also was proactive in trying to service my account. The result? I changed my intention to look for another vendor for an even larger purchase the same year. We did our next transaction with Priority and the service was consistently good. Very good communication; excellent advice. Our future transactions are headed their way.

Not easy navigating the processes with 5 siblings to corral. Ric was awesome! He helped keep me up to speed on everything going on and what needed to be chased down to get things completed. Even when some things timed-out he was very helpful in getting us back on top of it again. Ric is very nice and professional. Highly recommended!

The Overall experience gets an A+ from start to finish, From patiently answering questions and adding to my continuing education, everyone I interacted with were kind and professional.
