Misled and basically ripped me off
Misled and basically ripped me off. They were attentive and very helpful through the process, but very misleading on the the value of the gold and silver I was purchasing. 140k investment leaves me (even now after the recent valuation increases) with slightly less than 50% worth of actual metals. I would have been far better off to take the tax penalties and just made outright purchases of physical metals to store myself rather than engaging in this ridiculous Gold IRA scam. Check your account values!
