We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with STRATA and completely understand how difficulty reaching your custodian could influence your decision to liquidate. We were so happy to have the opportunity to speak with you and hear how positive your experience with Priority Gold has been. You had such wonderful things to say about Matt, your Priority Gold representative, and the service, communication, and support he provided throughout your time with us. We’re delighted that Matt was there for you and made your experience with Priority Gold such a positive one. Thank you so much for sharing that feedback with us!
