I ordered this in error…..no customer service. Cannot get a refund. I should have known. I really should have given them no stars. Buyer beware. I ordered the “Print Pod”…. Didn’t need it. A simple refund is all I needed. I did get a refund, finally. It took a while.

Wouldn't accept a return - unopened - after it took two weeks to get to me even though they stated that they would refund if in unopened condition - don't buy from them if you are unsure.
