I had an excellent experience from start to finish. After sending an initial inquiry, I received a prompt and helpful response that immediately put me at ease. The team was incredibly accommodating and provided a range of great options that met my needs perfectly. I also appreciated the ability to expedite the order at a reasonable additional cost. The entire process was seamless, with outstanding communication throughout. The final product exceeded my expectations, and although a couple of the items had minor printing imperfections—something I've come to expect in my experience over the years—the overall quality was superb. After plenty of research and shopping around I decided to opt for Printingblue for my product packaging needs for my new business. They were able to take my design requirements and packaging specifications to produce the high quality packaging that I was looking for. Service wise I interacted with Lisa at Printingblue who was very helpful, prompt, and provided a high level of customer service which was gratefully received. I very much intend to continue to work with Printingblue provided from my side I can get my new business off the ground. Would certainly recommend to other businesses.

I always communicate with Lisa at Printing Blue. She is always very helpful and makes sure my work comes to life as expected. Communication is great and always relatively fast responses, allowing for time difference as i do note that despite claims of location, it is always Pakistan that i receive communication from and orders sent from. However i dont see this as a negative, have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue.
