Printfresh has an amazing customer service team that I've contacted via messaging & responding through my email & now a new chat option (that's fairly recent) & saves all of your conversations. I've contacted them for help with returns & loyalty points- type situations & they do read your whole message & respond promptly with a solution. Printfresh is a fun place to shop for unique pj's, apparel, accessories & home decor. Also a great place for a unique gift for someone you love, even some of your pets! Just know that popular items sell out quickly! Sizing also varies per style & that's why I've had returns here. But a great place to shop nonetheless!

I've been shopping at Printfresh for several years. They have excellent quality products! I never knew I needed so many pairs of pajamas! I also have several cosmetic bags, a tote bag and beach blanket. Their products also make great gifts. I've had to reach out to customer service twice over the years. Both times they responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day.

They oversold some of the items I ordered and reached out to ask to pick a replacement. Within the day they had replaced my items and covered the cost of the difference. I already love their product quality and because of this experience I will be a forever customer!

I love these pajamas!! The customer service is amazing which is really hard to find nowadays, Kudos to Sarah and Katie! it’s such a great company. I highly recommend you try a pair, you won’t regret it!!
