BUYER BEWARE! I WAS ACTUALLY TOLD THAT THE SUPERVISOR HAD JUST LEFT THE BUILDING! Worst customer experience of my life! This company alleges to sell premium timepieces but once they hook you it is over! Bought a $500 watch from them that fogged up,as soon it got wet. It was a gift for my 50th birthday! Called Princeton and was told Sorry", that's what your warranty is for. Feel free to contact the manufacturer! Really? Are you kidding me? Asked to talk to a supervisor and was told "sorry they just left the building". Contacted Better Business Bureau on them and waiting for the reply. BUYER BEWARE!

This is unbelievable. I ordered items from them, with free 2 day shipping. Each item clearly said IN STOCK AND SHIPS TODAY. Guess what? I received an email that said sorry, ALL of the items you ordered are BACK ORDERED AND WILL SHIP IN 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS, IF they get it! Unbelievable. I went the next day to check their website, and it still said IN STOCK. These guys are CROOKS and LIARS.

Princeton Watches dishonest business Highly recommended to stay away from doing business with them. Bad service They do not send the goods after payment And if you complain they reply that they can not help                Just stay away

Beware of this Company. They are dishonest and incompetent with the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have placed hundreds of orders online and Princeton Watches is the worst single transaction I've had. They double charged me. When I called it to their attention, they denied having a transaction with me. Then they said there was no evidence of a double charge, then they said that I had called them to tell them that I had received two travel clocks. In fact, they had called me repeatedly to tell me that they could not deliver the clock when it had in fact already been received. When I gave them written proof of their overcharged, they simply quit communicating. Expect lies and ineptness from Princeton Watches.

"Defective Product. I purchase a watch with a butterfly clasp, From the start the clasp kept popping open so I assumed the band was too tight, now I had it loosed and I lost weight but it still pops open. Upon closer examination it appear that there is somethign defective in the clasp holder it it will not stay shut. I reached out to Princeton Watches since they clearly sent me I defective product but they essentially told me too bad. STAY AWAY BE WARNED"

Waited almost a week for my watches to arrive. Specifically said I'd have them in two days. The offer no explanation and no apology. The prices are low but so not worth it

am 100% satisfied with the service from this company.I ordered on line, the next day had a phone call to confirm my card details and two days later the clock arrived at the destination given (which was different from the billing address)The clock is everything I asked for and I would have no hesitation in recomending Princeton watches. They c ould not have been more helpfull or efficient.
