I ordered a Citizen Eco Drive from Princeton Watches and am very happy with it.It was here at my house in 3 days.I read all the negative things about Princeton Watches hope I don't have a problem.Citizen backs there watches with a 6 year warranty--5 plus 1 when you register on line.I have a few Citizen Eco Drives and love them all.Citizen eco drive according to them will last 15 to 20 plus years on the light charge. If they go 10 to 15 years so I never have to mess with a battery again I will be ecstatic. THANK YOU-PRINCETON WATCHES-FOR A GREAT PRICE ON MY CITIZEN ECO DRIVE AND THANK YOU CITIZEN FOR A GREAT WATCH 5/2/18-Mr. Ron.

Despite all the negative reviews I ordered a watch from Princeton anyway. Their website states "close to 99% of our orders are shipped within one business day. In the event that one of our watches is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know immediately and we NEVER charge your credit card until the day we ship the watch." The complete opposite happened. I contacted them after a few days and was told the watch will ship the next day. That did not happen but my card Was charged. Two weeks after my card was charged I get an email saying they don't have the watch, are cancelling my order and issuing a refund. They also offered a discount if I bought a more expensive watch. That's called bait & switch!

Idiots! Tryed to backorder item and they never shipped after they got stock. They sent an email to notify me it was in stock. I call and they claim it was discontinued so i ask why i was notified it was in stock and the rude CS rep starts getting an attitude basically saying she doesn’t know or doesnt care, cant help me won’t figure out why it happened and thats when i hung up and decided to never deal with these nincompoops again. And what really makes me wonder about these guys and is the reason i wont dare buy from them is that they claim to be and authorized Casio dealer but not according to Casios website..!

Hi I'm from Ireland and I purchased a Bulova Accutron Alpha 11 from Princeton Watches. They're service was outstanding, Rachel was very helpful with my emails and questions. Very prompt replys, I was actually very surprised, because most companies are slow about replying to emails. One or two days minimum. Princeton Watches was minutes. I received my watch in six days!! My watch is beautiful, and I'm delighted to have dealt with Princeton. 10 out of 10. Donnacha Foley Co Carlow Ireland

"I purchase Casio Edifice from them more then month ago. Watch was out of stock. In time of purchase it was 20% off. When I received watch went to 30%. Rachel A was so kind and inform me she will refund additional 10% for me. What a great example of world class customer service and nice gift for my birthday. Thank you Princeton Watches !!!! "

Fast shipping. Excellent price from an AD and the product was as described. Purchased a Bulova 96B158

They said my order would be here in 2 days for spending over 150.00 , 5 days later I am still waiting . When you call the company boneheads awnser who don't apologize for the delay. I'll never order from them again and Ill make sure everyone I know is aware of how incompetent this company is.

When a company that repairs watches cannot tell you what a particular part costs, or how much a cleaning costs, but rather instructs you to send in the watch for 'an accurate quote,' it's time for an eyebrow to raise. Their business is cleaning and adjusting watches but they cannot tell you how much? When was the last time you called for the price of tires for your car, and the guy says, "bring your car down for an accurate quote?" If you send your watch to these people you're apt to find out that the watch needs way more in repairs than you ever expected to pay. I have experienced this kind of behavior in a few watch repair companies in the USA, so do your research before sending off your precious watch into the abyss of shadiness. Unfortunately, they are out there preying on people.
