Awful experience. The driver was on time but that's where the good bit was over. He shouted out the window at me that he couldn't call me because I had a foreign number, seriously - what do they expect from tourists, and there was not need to call as he was on time. I went to get in the front as I get car sick but the seat was covered in junk and he said 'no, back'. He didn't even say Hello. The drive was terrible, going too fast, tail gaiting the cars ahead, figetting and wobbling the steering wheel. The AC was blasting freezing air, didn't bother asking if I was comfortable and he randomly opened windows for a few seconds at a time. Seemed to be angry that he had to drive somewhere. I felt unsafe. To top it off he had a naked woman homescreen on his personal phone. And of course didn't say Goodbye.

I had scheduled a pick-up at LAX weeks earlier. We were a large party traveling with a lot of luggage (four adults, three children, eleven pieces of luggage, and seven backpacks) who would be returning to Los Angeles after international travel. During our flight home, Prime Time Shuttle sent an email canceling the pick-up. When our flight landed in Los Angeles, I discovered the email and contacted Prime Time Shuttle only to learn they canceled the service because they couldn’t locate a driver. Canceling service, and with no notice, certainly left us in a bind.

Driver did not show up on time. Made repeated txts and calls to his phone number as I could see on the app that he was not moving. Finally, I apparently woke him. If not for me calling him, he probably would never have showed up. Last time I will use Prime Time.

Our pre-scheduled and pre-paid was assigned to another rideshare service. Because we were not able to catch the ride 90 minutes after landing, the driver cancelled the ride. Please note, we were on an international flight into the Bradley Terminal at LAX and needed to pick up checked luggage, transit through customs/immigration AND catch the shuttle. All of which was impossible within the 90 minute window opened at touchdown of our plane. We spoke with the Prime Ticket representative who informed us it would be an additional $30 to resubmit the request. Having no other viable option, we agreed to continue with Prime Ticket. We ended up being scheduled and canceled by two additional drivers until we were able to get into a car and be driven to our destination. Suggestion is to extend the wait time for international flights to a minimum of two hours after landing. This would allow sufficient time for the plane to taxi and un-board passengers; customers to retrieve their luggage; pass through customs/immigration; secure the shuttle to the designated pick up location and be ready for their prepaid, scheduled ride service. We have used Prime Ticket in the past with no issues. This experience has impacted on our trust of this company.

Driver was a no show. We had to book an Uber since Prime Time stranded us.

I have addressed, but customer service didn't do anything. The lady was dangerous driver. Came very late, we were under rain & my son got sick. She was a dangerous driver, and was about to have accidents few times. When she dropped, we were waiting for luggage to be offload, and have not leave the car since it was raining, she told me rudely, don't u want to leave? Awful experience after a long day.

Don't use this place the shuttles are random and late which add 35 min extra to airport arrival. I had to call an uber to go the airport. Zero stars

Did not help my situation I had problem with my luggage and they were unable to wait to drive me home No problem taking my money Both driver and office kept saying it was my fault and unable to help
