There were issues with my order from the start, no one's fault really. A "compromised" credit card caused problems. I spoke wth Jenny approximately 6-8 times in 3 days to get it taken care of and she was amazing, knowledgeable, caring and very efficient in helping me get it straightened out. My wonderful, now husband, decided to order my wedding ring 8 days before the wedding, so time was an issue. She was phenomenal and I had the ring 2 days before the wedding. And the ring...well, WAY beyond our expectations, beautiful and perfect! Thanks SO MUCH! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME STYLE!!!

My ring came out beautiful! The diamonds and sapphires are gorgeous. It sparkles everywhere. We are going to continue to shop prime style.

The order and payment process was excellent, very smooth. I have an issue with the manufacture process and in questioning staff, the blatant lies I was told! The site says it is a 4 working day process for the manufacture of the product. This is not true. The product was ordered from China. I asked both the online, "Chat", assistant and sent an email request asking when the product was going to be shipped. Two different answers then 2 hours later I get an automatically generated email saying my profuct was in the final polish and clean process and would be another 2 days. As it turns out all 3 were wrong and the product was shipped that night. 7 working days after it was ordered! The point is do not put on the site statements you cant live up to! Also, you may want to have the made in China sticker removed. Also, don't lie to customers. Do you think we are so stupid we don't know that ultra cheap jewelry isn't coming from cheap countries? Regards Craig Beswick I received a reply from Primestyle correcting me on some information and dates. So I would like to respond. You say I placed the order on the 5th and it was shipped on the 11th, 6 days. Not according to the emails I have from you! Your emails state the order was placed on the 4th and shipped on the 12th! 8 days! But I only said 7 because I assumed the 4th would be a holiday. You say the manufacture time is 4 days and counter my comment by saying it may take longer, clearly! My point is say it is 7 days on the web site so people will be happy when shipped earlier not annoyed because you are not delivering what you say you will. This is all a mute point now. I did not receive the goods in time to take with me so I had to purchase something else from a shop. You either want to present to your customers as competent or not up to you. We purchase my bridal set over 5 years ago from Prime Style. For our 5 year anniversary my husband wanted to get me an anniversary band. Prime style went above and beyond to ensure the new band match my existing bridal set. I truly appreciate my beautiful new bridal set.
