Love my ring.

Ordered a 2nd wedding band to add to my wedding set for the 10th anniversary. I received an e-mail asking that I send a pic of my set to match the band as closely as possible. When I received it I was very disappointed as the band was so thin it looked like it came from a bubble gum machine compared to my set. When I called to inform them of my issue I was asked to return the band along with my set for a better match and was told they'd re-make the band. The promise was kept and as a bonus per my request they welded my rings together and serviced the diamonds in my previous set at no extra cost. Now I am very pleased with my purchase. This is my 3rd purchase with Primestyle. My 1st set was lost last year and we replaced it then added the band this year. This is the only time I had an issue with my purchase. Overall, I lime doing business with Primestyle.

Great variety of products to choose from. Needed a larger size, customer service was very accommodating and reduced the sizing fee. The time payments without interest makes the purchase easy. Prompt shipping too

Very beautiful ring

I ordered a yellow gold band without a diamond, and the purchase went well. When I ordered my second ring, they sent me a different ring than what was advertised online, the band was smaller and it looked cheaply made. Customer service was not responsive in returning my ring. I had to pay to ship it back and then Primestyle charged me $30.00 for returning the ring. In the end, I paid $46 for a bad experience. BEWARE! The below reply from PrimeStyle is fictional and not a true depiction of my experience. After I submitted my review to Trustpilot, a manager from PrimeStyle contacted me and told me the shipping charges and the $30 return fee would be refunded to me - I have yet to receive my refund.

My ring is beautiful! The quality was amazing. I sent them a picture of a ring I found at another jewelry store and they made it look exactly like it for half the cost. It sparkles so much. I can't stop looking at it.

I had a custom ring made to match a ring I already owned. I contacted multiple jewlers and either they couldn't match it or the price was extremely high. I contacted Prime Style and not only did thet match my original ring perfectly, they did it at a very reasonable price. They updated me on the status, sent design pictures for approval and did so with amazing customer service. I took the ring to a local jewler once I received it to confirm that what I purchased was what I got. The jewler not only confirmed it was exactly what it was supposed to be but she also wanted the name of the company. She said I got a great ring at a great price and that she was going to check them out for herself. I love my ring and love this company!
