My partner loved her engagement ring. It looks incredible and is top quality

Thomas helped me personally design this ring. His opinion meant so much to me. We went for the .81 center GH/SI1/SI2. We also did this in platinum. I had searched every shop looking for what we wanted and could reasonably afford and when designing this ring (which is not much more than the beautiful ones already there) we saw that all the brick and mortar stores and online stores had what Prime Style created for us not twice but three times more. Thomas promised me sparkle and no little dots that my eye could see and he delivered this! Of course the photo does not do this ring justice as you simply cannot take a picture of it- it's too sparkly. I highly suggest speaking to him and custom designing what you really want. We had a blueprint illustration sent to us for our approval and it all came so quickly. He put up with my calls and questions as a gentleman. It is that customer service and quality and price that will send us back for the bands and recommend them to all our friends. Thank you for making this a beautifully easy experience!

We are exceedingly disappointed in PrimeStyle. First we got a damaged engagement ring delivered, and the sapphire stone was far too dark (almost black). They solved these main problems, and they were promising us a competitive prices for our wedding rings, which we considered to order from them. It just took about 20 days before we got response with a quote. Now we are even more stressed out, knowing that we will get married in early November. Beside that, my fiancé has been noticing yellow diamonds on the engagement ring over the last weeks, while we ordered G/H colour diamonds. The problems regarding the damage and the sapphire were solved by two separate deliveries. However, for these two deliveries we still had to pay tax and duty twice (totally about £200). As a result of the investigation by FedEx, it became clear that they had to charge that amount, because PrimeStyle did not provide enough information to them. So it was neither my own or FedEx' mistake. FedEx told me that, even if I would provide the missing documents later on, it would not be likely to get my money back. In response to PrimeStyle, I got told that FedEx told me 'stories'. They always return goods in the way as they did to me. PrimeStyle also said, they have no control of what I have been charged. To say to me that they told me 'stories' is totally disrespectful to me and my problem. Simply denying, does not show any evidence to work towards a solution. Secondly, I did not have any control what PrimeStyle would provide to FedEx. So the opposite is true: PrimeStyle was fully in charge how much FedEx would charge me. To go back to the history of the two problems; the two returns itself were caused by PrimeStyle. The extra taxes as well. So they indirectly and directly forced me to pay £200 extra taxes. This absolutely upsets us, also when realizing that yellow diamonds are put in the ring band of the engagement ring.

After 43 years of marriage I wanted to surprise my wife with a new ring. I know the type of ring she liked, but decided to tell her my thoughts and let her decide the exact ring she wanted. My wife chose a three stone diamond ring in 14 caret gold. Customer service was great to deal with. When the ring was delivered my wife was beyond happy.
