Perhaps our situation was a little unique in that it occurred during the COVED-19 pandemic, we have not had a mortgage in 15 years, and have not gone through the process of obtaining a mortgage and purchasing a home in 28 years. We are also retired with a pension and social security being our sources of income. One of the many new concepts Jesse introduced was Recasting a loan, which could prove to be extremely beneficial. Due to the pandemic, this was achieved without actually meeting Jessie.
