She knows her stuff- whether it be input on forms for lifts, macros, motivation, holding you accountable, or being understanding & changing things to be directly beneficial for your specific lifestyle. Very happy with my decision to join prime revival & very happy with Kelly for pairing me with Coach Juliah!

I started with Lauren in February, and I can’t say enough good things. She plans my entire fitness approach including workouts, macros, water intake, walking, cardio, and strength training, and adjusts it seamlessly when I’m traveling internationally for work. What stands out most is how she meets me where I am: patient, encouraging, and realistic, while still holding me accountable so I keep progressing. Beyond the programming, Lauren truly cares about me as a person. She checks in on how I’m doing mentally, celebrates small wins, and helps me reset if a week goes off track. I feel stronger, more confident, and supported, not just coached. If you want someone who really knows her stuff and cares deeply about your wellbeing, Lauren is the one.

This is my first experience with a fitness coach and it's something I'd thought about before but figured surely I could do it on my own. Well let me tell you, having that support and accountability with a coach has made all the difference. Maghan has been so encouraging and helps to modify and adjust things. That help has made all the difference. She has helped me work with the schedule I have, takes into account what equipment I have access to and has really met me where I am. I am still early in my program but I already see results and am meeting goals. I'm so happy to have this chance to be supported in my goals and I'm glad I took a chance and tried something different with this program, it has been nothing short of amazing!

WARNING THIS IS A LONG ASS REVIEW but I think it’s totally worth reading if you’re on the fence of joining Prime Revival. Just to give some background, I have worked with Kelly directly on 3 different occasions. Jan 2022-Oct 2022 August 2023-Feb 2024 March 2025- Present and currently committed through Aug 2026 My only regret is I let the financial commitment keep me from being continuous when in reality I could have definitely made it work. I have lack of buyer's remorse because I am so curious what I could have achieved in that missed time. Seeing what I have been able to accomplish in 4-5 months this time around, it is honestly mind blowing and I'm not just talking physical results. There is some initial shock to the cost BUT you get what you pay for and INVESTING in your health/longevity/quality of life is honestly priceless. Kelly is understanding and flexible –she really listens to what you want/need. She’s extremely available and encouraging. After working with Kelly the first time, I learned an incredible amount but not to the point where I truly understood the ‘freedom’ of tracking macros. After the 2nd time, my husband recognized that I had learned even more and was confident I could get results on my own. All of this to say I came back a third time, not because I don’t understand how to set my macros or structure workouts (all of which you learn for the most part), but because the support when you want to quit is invaluable. My weight would go back and forth between the same weight for 2 months while being extremely consistent. I felt discouraged and because of Kelly I stuck with it. Then magically one weekend I dropped 3lbs and now have continued more steadily downward WITHOUT changing any of the protocols. If I was on my own, I would have stopped. Outside of the physical changes I see this time around, I have noticed a few other aspects I am extremely proud of. 1. Tracking macros has become EASY. I have been in a cut since late March and don’t get me wrong there has been a few days where I’ve felt over it but in general I feel like I am just throwing what I want to eat into a bowl at mealtimes. Unplanned meals out used to stress me out and make me feel like macros were too obsessive or restrictive but the more you do it --the easier it gets. I get the MACRO MAGIC now and you will too. 2. I also LOOK FORWARD to my workouts. Prior to this, working out felt like somewhat of a chore and a bit of an insecurity. Before 2022, I had never touched a barbell, I didn’t play sports so consequently never had ‘lifted’, and I followed various apps that were dumbbells exclusive workouts or classes. Even then I felt weird or self-conscious in the gym like I didn’t belong. NOW, I feel so empowered and confident. Today I looked around the gym (even took a video cuz it was alarming lol) and I was the only women in a sea of men in the entire gym. That would have absolutely made me uncomfortable before. The gym has turned into my favorite part of the day. Maybe it’s a mindset shift but getting to go to the gym to see how much better you can be at a particular exercise from weeks prior or trying new exercises that initially seem weird af is SO FUN. This may be the proudest that I have been in my life. The physical results—I have lost about 12lbs in 4 months. That may not seem like a lot but I look crazy different because I have also gained muscle. Travelling out of state 2x/month for work or social things. 1 week helping a family member post surgery/couldn’t work out/tracked so so. 1 week on Vacation and didn’t think once about not eating whatever I wanted or working out. In reality, I have Kelly to thank for alot of that. She makes it so easy –you literally have a check list in the app and no thinking on your part. I gave all that detail to let you know you can start from any point with Prime Revival and it’s worth it. Take the leap. You won’t be sorry.

I have been working with coach Alena for 5 months now and she has been more than amazing!! I had been struggling with a solid plan for myself to loose weight and signing on with Prime Revival is a life-changing investment that I will forever be grateful for. I have been in a fat loss phase since starting with Alena and it seriously hasn't even felt like I've been. In the past I have joined challenges, etc. and the macros/workouts were never tailored towards me and my goals & fitness level. I had always struggled during these and oftentimes felt like I was starving or pushing my body so hard I had little energy. With Alena, we've taken a slow approach and I am down 20lbs fairly effortlessly! Obviously you need to follow the plan laid out, but when you do, you will definitely see the results you want! Trust the process ladies! There is strategy behind every change Alena makes to my macros, workouts or cardio. Not only has this experience been amazing for achieving my goals; but Alena has been such a support. If I have a tricky day at work she has been there to guide me out of spiraling into a binge eat & she has been SO supportive of me losing my pet. She's been a huge guidance in mental shifts and getting through things life has thrown my way while also sticking to my goals. If you are debating on joining Prime Revival; just say yes. These ladies are here for us, truly, and their knowledge and expertise show through in everything they do! In my opinion, this has been the BEST investment I could have ever made in myself & my health journey.

Life-Changing Experience with Juliah at Prime Revival Working with Juliah has truly been a game changer. Since starting this journey, I’ve lost 15 pounds and am officially back to my pre-pregnancy weight — something I wasn’t sure I’d ever say again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Working with Jamie over the past 10 weeks has been such a rewarding experience. She’s not only knowledgeable and supportive, but incredibly intentional. One of the things I appreciate most is how she sends me side-by-side photo comparisons and points out the small wins—the subtle progress I wouldn’t have noticed on my own. That kind of attention to detail and encouragement means so much, especially on the days when progress seems impossible or out of reach. Jamie has a great way of blending discipline with grace. She’s full of helpful ideas that make it easier to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve learned how to show up for myself better, and that’s a huge win in itself. I’m also one year post-surgery and can’t lift heavy any more—but Jamie has completely shifted how I view fitness. She constantly reminds me that it’s not always about how much weight you can move; it’s about mind-to-muscle connection, time under tension, and showing up consistently. Slow and steady really does win the race. Those gentle, intentional reminders are what keep me encouraged in the gym—and they’re a big reason why I know she truly cares about her clients. The fact that she takes the time to highlight the little wins I might’ve missed proves just how invested she is in helping me reach my lifestyle goals. I’ve already seen incredible progress in such a short time, and I’m genuinely excited to see where I’ll be six months from now. Without a doubt, I’ll be signing up for another round. Jamie is intentional, thorough, and so gifted at what she does—and I’m beyond grateful to be on this journey with her. Prime Revival has provided me with a personalized lifestyle change program tailored to my goals and needs. Working with Coach Drew has helped hold me accountable and having my workouts programmed for me means I really don’t have to think about what to do next at the gym and can focus on improving intensity and form. Tracking macros hardly feels like a diet, more so just setting parameters that make it easy to develop healthy habits that align with my goals. No other diet or exercise routines have ever shown me such progress - I’m on month 5 of 12 with Drew and am down over 20lbs and motivated more than ever to keep going!
