Slow customer support, is not really useful tools, there is also not clearly support answer how to used or guide, just nothing reply!

I have been using this software for only a month but already it has been absolutely incredible and levelled up my trading. The platform was very easy to learn and get familiar with (took me only a day). I genuinely don't think I'd be able to trade without this software again in the future as it has just gave me an immense edge and has now been an incremental asset to my daily trading. 10/10!!!

There are no miracle tools in trading, but the set of tools contained in the Pmt will put you 90% on the road to profitability, experienced or not, you'll come out on top. I personally use it and since then my trading has been different, in addition to the 24/24 service that helps you at your best.

The software is good, if you make a strategy with it, you could be profitable. The customer service sucks big time. They have an “expert” on Whatsapp that will avoid your messages. Finally read them and excuse himself and then say that he has over 100 chats to respond and then he will ghost you again. Terrible way to lose a customer

Customer service is always on point. Had trouble logging into my account. Sophie was very quick to respond and was able to fix my technical issue with the PMT platform .
