Outstanding costumer service I ordered two jackets and got exactly what I was expecting. They are well made and look high quality. Unfortunately we thought that the jackets would fit oversized so we sized down and they didn’t fit. I reached out to costumer service and they were very helpful and gave me a couple of options to solve my issue. They are quick and very helpful.

Prime Jackets are the nicest most professional company I have ever dealt with - we had some issues with my daughter ordering the wrong size and they bent over backwards to get the right size to her - their prompt communication is outstanding I will deal with this company happily in the future the are truly amazing and have restored by trust in online purchasing 😁

Ordered a Dick Tracy jacket and the item received was not the correct color or style as the jacket pictured on their site. However, I reached out to them as soon as I received the jacket to begin the return process. Despite the jacket being incorrect, the order shipped from them and arrived very quickly, and their customer service was quick to respond. They were also very polite, and offered several options (partial refunds, exchange, partial refund and keeping the item) in addition to going through with a return and complete refund if I wished. Although the item wasn't quite what I wanted, I would deal with Prime Jackets again in the future if I am in the market for a jacket.
