I had a good experience with this company! I ordered a Phillies jacket that I was pleased with, but it was too small. I requested an exchange and received my new jacket in a timely manner. Would recommend!

The jacket arrived and it was extremely small. However, when I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful. They provided me with a partial refund as well as ability to donate jacket. I would suggest when you order a jacket order two sizes up.

I had to return an item I purchased from "Prime Jackets." The representative was friendly, seemed to really care that I was satisfied, and offered me several options for the return. Thanks again.
