The sizing on these jackets runs VERY small. I wanted to exchange the item for a larger size,but was asked to keep the jacket at a 50% discount, which I did. I will gift this jacket to someone much smaller than the originally intended recipient. If you want an oversize fit, I suggest going up at least 2 sizes. Customer service was very helpful and I received the partial refund very promptly. Just wish the jacket ran true(er) to size.

Ordered jacket and the item was defective. Despite that, their customer service was quick to respond. They were also very polite, and offered several options (partial refunds, exchange, partial refund and keeping the item) in addition to going through with a return and complete refund if I wished.

While my order was not as pictured on the site, the follow up and refund process was handled with frequent follow up and I received my money back.
