Ordered a size too large. Replaced jacket with one size smaller.

best costumer support i’ve ever received the nicest people i’ve ever talked to company wise and extremely helpful/reassuring

Great online customer service! They respond in less than a day. The wool coat I chose is similar to a coat from the series "The Way Home" worn by the character Kat. It is lined and has pockets. The coat takes longer than expected to arrive, but prompt customer service makes up for that. You may want to contact customer service to help you decide on a size before purchase.

Excellent service!

My wife "loved" the Washington Commanders Jacket. It was a "Mother's Day" gift and the funny thing about it is, I'm a Dallas Cowboy fan, born and raised in Texas and my whole family diehard Cowboy fans and I moved to the Washington DC area in 1975, and my wife, a diehard I mean diehard Washington Commanders fan.....so, my 2nd team favorite is the Washington Commanders!!!! 😁 😂 😀 🤣

I made a purchase with Prime Jackets and at first I was hesitant thinking that it was going to be a cheap replica, (absolutely not). I have literally wanted this jacket for over 40 years. The quality and the detail are superb.! I'm going to wear it this weekend to the showing of the movie "Micheal" their service was fast professional and now I think I need the" thriller" jacket. Thanks prime jackets.. u will see me again. Thanks Mario -Minneapolis, MN
