I purchased a jacket from Prime jackets as part of a Halloween costume. The jacket was received in a timely manner and the quality is very good. Unfortunately the fit was a bit small. I contacted Prime jackets via email and they were very helpful in getting me a refund. I will definitely refer them to my friends, great company.

First let me say the customer service is amazing! They worked with me on the sizing of my jacket, which is amazing quality by the way! It is a stand out piece. I would recommend sizing up by two. For example, if you wear a Large, I would get a 2x. Overall, I would order from them again.

Unbelievable customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you so much for all your help and resolution. Great prices and above 5 star service. Ron

I purchased a leather Burnt Bradley Cooper (Adam Jones) jacket. The jacket looks to be good quality. I ordered my regular size XL but was a little tight. I called to exchange for a bigger size and the gentlemen I spoke with was most accommodating. I should have my new Jacket in about 2 weeks. Can't wait to wear my new jacket.

My order was experience was excellent. I must echo the other reviews here as customer service is indeed very cordial, concise, and accommodating. They responded to my persistent inquires, as I too was worried about the site’s legitimacy, and I received my order expediently as it arrived earlier than the promised delivery date. The leather jacket received is splendid and of superb quality. I will be gifting it with overwhelming confidence, certain that the recipient will be pleased. Will most assuredly be ordering from them again in the future.
