I ordered tge Donovan Mitchell HBCU jacket and it was made in Pakistan which isn't a problem but the jacket is horrible! The material is cheap wool, horrible black stitching around the African continent emblem, no tags in or on the jacket, the jacket is too small, and you must pay to return it! Part of their return policy is the tags must be intact well it came without tags so that kills that! I paid 109.00 but part of the shipping document showed it cost 35.00 for the Pakistani manufacturer to make it! So you get what you pay for! I will never purchase anything from Prime Jackets again!

I've noticed that almost all the 5-Star reviews have things in common. These include the title being copy-pasted from the first sentence and similar sentence structure, as well as pointing out pretty much the same things, like very good material quality (which seems unlikely considering their relatively cheap prices for cosplay stuff) and quick customer support. I read the phrase "they solved the issue quickly" a bit too often. Also, the reviews from August to November all happened to be written in pretty regular intervals. I originally wanted to buy an imperial officer's uniform from Star Wars, but what raised a red flag for me initially was that they used images of what are clearly two different products made out of different materials (one even has something sewn on that the other one hasn't), but they still claim it's just different color variants of the same product. Also, one of their reviews on the site says something about an accompanying hat and belt, which are mentioned nowhere else on the site, which leads me to believe those are copy-pasted from a similar product. What actually is included int the product is rather vague anyway. I'd hate to be right, but I think I am.

Absolute scammers cheep fake product and hefty fees on top I want my money back

I ordered a Ted Lasso jacket over a month ago from PrimeJackets.com. When I never received a confirmation email regarding shipment or tracking, I tried calling the customer service number provided on the page: it was a personal cell phone and no one ever answered. I emailed them and a couple days later they sent a response saying they’d look into it. After several days they still hadn’t updated the status on my account from “processing to shipped” but they emailed me saying it will be arriving by a carrier that I’ve never heard of. When the jacket arrived, it was thrown in a clear trash bag and then shoved in an envelope. As soon as I pulled it out, I was furious. I paid $99 for a replica jacket that was said to be wool and fleece lined, but instead got this terrible cheap plastic Dollar Tree quality wind breaker. Nothing about it was right. So I wrote a review on their page, emailed and requested that I be refunded my money and information on returning the jacket. They have been emailing me back and forth saying that they can’t send a shipping label at this time due to “technical issues” but they’d refund me $20 and I can keep the jacket. When I told them I just wanted a refund, they kept trying to negotiate how much they’d refund me. The latest email was $80. This company is THE WORST. I went ahead and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy from this company.
