This is a great company, Iam so pleased with my purchase from Primejackets. My husband loves his jacket, it has great quality. He is a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan. I had him a Cowboy jacket made. You can trust this company, and you will not be disappointed !!!

I had a great experience with customer service. I had an issue with my jacket and their customer service acted quickly and efficiently to attend to my issue. They gave me multiple options to fix the problem and the overall turn around time was fast!

I was looking for a jacket my Granddaughter wanted for her Christmas present and found it on several online websites and I checked all their return and exchange policies and I found Primejackets to sound good and they had a sale. I placed my order and they sent me an email saying my order had shipped but the tracking showed it coming from another country, so I got nervous about it arriving in time for Christmas. I sent Primejackets an email about my concern and they said it would arrive in time, and it did. The jacket is just as pictured and it fits great and my Granddaughter is happy! So I am well pleased with Primejackets and they corresponded promptly with all my concerns.

I was very happy with the fast and attentive customer service I received. There was an issue with the jacket I ordered and the customer service rep kindly worked to resolve it every step of the way in just a few emails. They were very flexible and offered me a variety of solutions to fit my needs.

The Christmas Chronicles Jacket and Vest are made very well and fits great! The leather looks amazing. Highly recommend this shop. Very helpful and easy to communicate with.
