PrimejacketsReviews of primejackets.com

The team at Prime Jackets was really helpful. I purchased the jacket as a gift and the recipient needed a different size. Prime made the exchange process very easy for me and I was able to get help quickly and easily. I really liked the quality of the jacket and I will be purchasing 2 more as additional gifts.

The 5 stars is for their customer service. Even though the jacket did not fit, they made the return swift and easy. I think they should revise their sizing chart to actual American sizes.. lol Thank you!

Although the sizing was a bit off, the customer service was great! They offered a satisfactory remedy and were incredibly responsive. Also, the quality of the jacket for the price is unmatched! Very happy customers!!

Great customer service, it was professional, no stress and responded to my return request quickly.

I ordered the "swift" jacket, and Prime really did try to get it to me in time for the SuperBowl. They were out in the states and they expedited from Pakistan. But the fit and quality was not worth $100. So after a few understanding email exchanges, Prime resolved the problem. I am totally happy with the company! There is no phone number to call. I know it's an email world but I still like to use the phone, it's often faster. And it personalizes the experience!

Amazing and respectful company I appreciate all the help from this company

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are for but I had a good experience. I ordered the wrong size, they did everything to not only fix the issue, but they also followed up regarding shipping issues that FedEx had problems with. They notified me and kept in contact The entire time. I really appreciate that more than Anything else.

Great experience! Absolutely will do business again. Jacket is exceptional Great quality.
