I’d do less stars if I could. Quality is so terrible. As soon as my wife opened it she said to return it. The bad part - I was outside of their 7 day return policy window. Stupid me for buying a gift more than a week before her birthday. Wouldn’t accept return. We decided to give it to our dog as a blanket and even she wouldn’t sleep on it. You’ve been warned.

Prime Jackets is not a legitimate establishment. Their apparel is very poorly made and not ever wearable. If you are looking to return, good luck finding out how. Their website has grammer errors, etc. Making me realize what a scam the company is. If you do not find a way to get a hold of them within 7 days of receiving the item they refuse to assist you with their terribly made items. Finding a phone number is impossible as the phone number They provide does not work. I will never and recommend to never purchase from this site as they are illegitmate and will steal your money.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I got the jacket from yellow stone and it looks nothing like the picture. It’s more of a hoodie than a jacket. I ordered an xl and it came as maybe a medium if not smaller. I sent email to them about this and they got back to me and said I’d have to pay a $30 fee. After paying $100 for the jacket and their sizing is wrong I’m not giving them another dime. I sent an email back and haven’t heard another word. Also I was looking at the email about my order confirmation and it said in regards kevin McAllister typed exactly like that so kinda makes you wonder.

Bought for a Xmas present and it was 2 sizes too small. Called to find out how to exchange for a bigger one and was told I couldn't because it was pass 7 days of receiving it. It was a present for the biggest holiday of the yr. How was I to know it wouldn't fit and the sizes run small. So now I'm out th 100 dollars and the person it was bought for can't use it. The quality is very cheap and poor for the price.

The jacket I ordered was not the jacket I received. The jacket I received looks like a ten year old ironed on some patches. They are crooked. Also, I ordered a womens large for my daughter and I am a size zero, women's x-small and the jacket was tight on me. I emailed prime jackets asking to return the jacket and they haven't answered. Scam!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. These jackets are the worst type of quality. I ordered a varsity jacket and the plastic on the arms is so sewn in to the jacket, It sounds like I am wearing a trash bag under the jacket. You can’t get the plastic out of the seams so there’s just random pieces of plastic everywhere. When I wrote to them and asked them to exchange the size, they had first were very helpful. However, once I got the jacket and they told me that I’d be getting a return label. I waited and waited for the return label only to find out that the jacket they sent me that was supposed to be a bigger size was actually smaller. I wrote to them again, and they told me that they are not entertaining the conversation because it was past the time of when I was supposed to return the other jacket mind you they never sent me the return label and I’m basically SOL. If I could just return these jackets cause I don’t need three of them that would be fantastic but this company is a scam. They are lying about their products, and it is horrible horrible quality!

Beware of this company before i research to buy from this company I saw a review that started with beware of this company and I still bought from them. This company shows you a great picture and offers you a great price but guess what the items are coming from Pakistan by way of canada. So to recap if you see a great picture with a great price the item you get is coming from Pakistan so beware of this company they are located in San Jose California 1979 Harris ave apt 2 San Jose Ca 773-231-6629 their Florida address comes back to a fedex mail box so beware of the company

first off prime jacket call the jacket a snarling sheep skin wool jacket in real life its was a Fake wool fake leather jacket. It has a real leather tag BUT Its NOT Leather at all. Total waste of money. The best thing you can do Dont buy anything from prime jacket. In summary prime jacket are fake snarling wool and are made poorly one arm length is long than the other. Total trash.
