PrimejacketsReviews of primejackets.com

First time buying off of a website that wasn’t amazon and I’m so glad I did because I’m in LOVE with this jacket! The quality of it is outstanding. I’m going to wear this so much! I also emailed because I was worried since it was my first time buying off a different website, but I quickly got an email back reassuring me that I will get my jacket and I did and I am in love with it!!! Thank you so much!!!

Quick delivery. Excellent customer service. I issued a return for an item & my needs were fulfilled quickly.

The team at Primejackets is awesome and they were prompt. Minor issues were handled at once. Thank you for the great customer service

They were so helpful! I had an exchange request due to the jacket not fitting and they responded so fast and were helping me along the way!

The customer service team is awesome. I had an issue with sizing on my order and the team responded to my request to exchange in just a few hours and went above and beyond to help me with my request.

I bought a jacket for my husband as a birthday gift and unfortunately it did not fit him properly. I reached out to prime jackets to see if I could return it and receive a refund. They were super understanding and helpful. I could tell they value their costumers!

Ordered the Dunkings track suit, unfortunately it didn’t fit correct but that was on my part for not ordering the correct size. Their customer service department was top notch & the clothes were excellent as well.
