I was very impressed by the fast reply, thorough communication, and kindness from the representative who helped me. When I asked for a return a few days after receiving, they first offered 35% refund to keep it and asked if I could send pictures. Not a problem, I am a retailer, I understand protecting your costs and how people take advantage. When I sent photos, in perfect condition with tags they confessed they could not accept a return because their warehouse was under construction. They offered I could keep it and get 75% back me still paying the $25 for a jacket that was misrepresented, wrong color, and with several details inaccurate. It’s a shame to have had this experience. It is a hustle. Be wary.

The phone number they have listed does not work.This is the worst purchase I've ever made in my life. As well the Worst customer service and support,I read the reviews.They were awful, but I went ahead and made the purchase anyway.Don't waste your money or time with this company. They also gave me the option of keeping something that is too small With a 25% on my next purchase. What a joke keep your $ And buy from another website I'm baffled that they're still in business. I'm glad that I'm in the top 10% of google reviewers maybe I can keep someone else from being screwed out of there hard earned money. This is a scam site. They send you a random piece of cheap clothing and try to negotiate a deal with you when you try to return it. They’ll offer you a 30% refund plus a $25 voucher then eventually they’ll offer you a 70% refund and a $25 voucher if you leave a 5 star review. If you actually get a full refund then they’ll charge you $30 for the return shipping. Don’t fall for their scams and avoid this site.

Prime jackets.com is the worst. I ordered a jacket from them and it said it would arrive in 7-10 days. Days after the 10th day I get an email saying it is delayed. The shipment says that the item is in Pakistan. 5 days later I get another email saying the plane that is supposed to transport my item was experiencing mechanical issues and would be delayed even longer. A month goes by and I finally receive my item and the quality and color are terrible. The color doesn’t not look anywhere near the site. I ask for a refund and we go back and forth over several days finally I settled on a refund of 80% of what I paid for that item. The worst.

Bought a Detroit lions hoodie and what I received was junk. Tried to return it and they wanted to negotiate the price. Only got back 70%. Hoodie was wrong color, 💩 material. Don’t buy from here. Third world junk.

Ordered a coat for around $200 and received a cheap poorly made way too small coat. Have made several contacts to company and they keep telling me a partial refund is being processed…. For 7 months. Don’t shop there!

I ordered a jacket it was to small. I tried to exchange it. I had to pay an extra $30 and never received my jacket. I’m fight with them and my bank as I write this.
