Initially, I was apprehensive due to a single negative comment I came across (should have been this platform actually), but I can confidently say that my concerns were unfounded. Their standout feature is their exceptional customer service. From the moment I initiated the booking process, their team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and worry-free. Contrary to my initial skepticism, they proved to be anything but a scam. The customer support team, in particular, deserves commendation. They were readily available on the phone, addressing all my queries and concerns promptly (I literally told them I initially thought they were a scam, I even cancelled my deposit due to this fear and they handled all of this super professionally). It was evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction, as they took the time to confirm and reconfirm my bookings. Any changes I requested were applied immediately, and they even facilitated a smooth and swift return of funds when necessary. Highly recommend!

Worst company ever, they are scammers pretending to be someone they’re not, trying to earn a pity profit by sending out an email that makes it seem as if they are affiliated with a show which is such a scummy move, then they have the audacity to charge even ridiculous nightly prices. I called them to have them stop sending out these fake, misleading and fraudulent emails regarding a show that I am playing a part in coordinating this year, their reply was and I quote and I have the call recorded, “we are going to stop sending this show” like who gave you the right from the first place you imbecile, I then asked for an address to proceed with legal actions and the dumbest person that I’ve had the worst luck when she got connected to me “Sierra” was her name, she told me that she wouldn’t be able to provide me that because I was not a “customer” which is absolute bull because I found that address on here so the question would be, what are you trying to hide from a legal team that you wouldn't give out your address even though you have it on a website for the public to see, and I am pretty sure she wasn’t even American with that fake dumb accent, horrible grammar, they could be operating from inside or outside the USA as far as anyone knows. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS “COMPANY”. You will lose your money and you will hate your experience.

Easily made my reservation via Prime Hotel Bookings. Once I got to the hotel there was a problem with the length of my stay (the hotel had it wrong) but Prime was able to resolve the problem quickly. Great experience!
