the warranty that they have is a joke is a case of beware if price is low there is a reason buy name brand so you know what you are getting

They sent me the wrong part. They said I selected the wrong year. I did not. I am one of those people that checks and checks and double and triple checks before I click process order. I know I ordered the right year. I think someone at their warehouse got confused and send me an 06 which was probably upside down on the shelf. I should have received 09 headlights. Now since they are saying it is my fault, I am being charged a restocking fee of 15%. I will NEVER order from this bogus place again who just stole my money and wasted my time!!!

My parts are suppose to last up to 100,000 miles. After 700 miles they make my wheels wobble and is eating my tires up now which is costing me even more money. Seller sells bad product.

Product sent was not what pic.showed.Trided to deal with CO. sent emails,took photos,sent more emails.Thay sent shipping labels to return but reviews say hard to get refund.

If you want to lose your money, then buy from Prime choice!!!! They are good for that, They send you the wrong parts and say it's your error and won't reimburse you..... #$%?%@ you Prime choice

Never got everything I ordered, though very professional each customer service rep gives you a different story re claim/ replacement whenever I call, still haven't received an email re update. Ordered parts Oct 25. 2017, made claim Nov 2 still waiting by the door.

Prime Choice Auto Parts to me is like a rip-off you tell them exact part that you want and asked there representative three times is that the correct part and the answer were yes and then when they send you the part it the wrong part I asked for a 2006 Mercedes Benz R500 shock compressor and they send me out a strut shock and when I call to report it they tell me they don't even carry the air compressor and now I having problems getting my money back they telling me that once they received the part back they will refund you your money back to your account in 3 to 5 business days after they received the part back on the 20th of October and the lady told me my money would be back in on my account and 3 to 5 business days I called 2 times every time I get a different story one guy tells me it'll be back in my account within 24 hours and I called today which is the 27th of October and this guy claims to be the manager tell me it'll be 72 hours two me Prime Choice Auto parts takes an individual money and send them the wrong part and knowing it's the wrong part they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and everywhere else because it's just a bunch of crap also the excuse was their employees wasn't aware of what was going on how can you run a business and not knowing exactly how your business operate and how come they haven't been trained in the proper way

free shipping doesn't apply to Hawaii ok. BUT double the cost for an order is not realistic. probably gonna cancel my account.
