Prime Choice Auto PartsReviews of primechoiceautoparts.com

I have had an excellent experience with prime chioce I have bought many parts for many vehicles including, fuel pumps, head lights, mirrors, hub assemblys, tie rod ends, and window regulators. I have also accidentally ordered a wrong part here and there and once had a bad part that I had warranty on and got a replacement part. Customer service is great and parts always arrive within 2 to 3 buisness days of placing the order. I am about to order a hub assemly for a truck I just bought and the hub assemblys on my other truck now have about 40,000 miles on them and still working fine nice and tight, from prime choice. This is a great company and I will continue to buy parts from them I just wish they carried more parts for my vehicles.

I replaced the bearings, rotors, brake pads, fuel pump modulator, tie rod ends, headlight housing, and a few other suspension items, on my 2004 buick lesabre, 2009 pontiac, and my wife's Chevy impala. Hundreds of dollars less than anywhere else. Parts always arrive faster than ebay or amazon. One of the bearings had a short, they paid for return shipping and replaced my part, and shipping is always free. Your stupid to not try and get your parts here first.

I purchased rear struts and shocks for my Mercury Sable had no problems at all and my car rides like it's brand new. I also got them actually a day early thank you guys I'm about to purchase parts for my daughter Honda. Thanks.

Good struts. I would buy again

I have placed at least four orders with this company and have to say that their pricing is amazing, they are by far the lowest you will find anywhere. To top that is they ship for free and all packages that I ordered were delivered to my door step. Nice. Shipping does cost this company, it's not free. I did have a problem with my last order with some oxygen sensors. Two worked but two didn’t. The two that didn’t work were the same part numbers. Contacted PC and they sent me another oxygen sensor at no cost. Nice, but unfortunately I received the same results. I think there is a problem with the sensors and I also noticed that they have also stopped selling them. The part is currently listed as out of stock. So far I have been treated fairly and have no complaints. It's not their fault a part doesn't work. I trust that they will deal with me fairly and if not that's ok too. I was very satisfied with my first orders and as far as the money side I will still be ahead of the game overall on the products that I have received from PC.

I noticed a lot of people place incorrect orders and complain. Dudes, they have a very USER FRIENDLY FITMENT CHART IN EBAY, TRY USING IT AND SEE IF PARTS FIT YOUR CARS. I have been a customer of Prime Choice for over a year now and will continue buying from them. Quality parts, they last, and they are absolutely cost effective!

very pleased with whole deal

Bought cross drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads. They fit perfectly and look grate! I've been driving with them for about 2000 miles now. Still have huge bite when needed. My only con is that they do squeak right before coming to a complete stop. But that's what you get with performance rotors and pads. Other than that, I would buy from them again.
