Two Steering Tie Rod Ends, Two Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assemblies, Two Suspension Stabilizer Bar Link Kits, Two Suspension Strut Assemblies, Two Suspension Strut and Coil Spring Assemblies - ALL OF THE PARTS WERE REALLY GREAT BUT THE "Two Suspension Stabilizer Bar Link Kits" THE NUTS WERE NOT THE SAME THREAD AS THE BOLT AND i STARTED IT ALREADY AND HAD TO FORCE THE NUT TO TAKE THE THREAD OF THE BOLT. IT WAS SCARY BUT i ACTUALLY WAS ABLE TO GET BOTH ON AND TORQUED PROPERLY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL WITH ANY OTHER PRIME CHOICE PART BEFORE NOW. I HAVE NOT EVEN INSTALLED THE CONTROL ARMS OR THE BALL JOINTS YET AND i HOPE I DON'T RUN INTO THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN

I ordered brakes and rotors for my truck. One rotor had a crack in it. I called them and they asked for a picture and took the information. I sent them the pic in an email. They replied within a few moments with a notification that they new rotor was being placed. I received the new rotor a day later via UPS courier. So my experience was pretty good. Just a little upset to start my brakes and then open a brand new box to find a bad rotor. Lesson learned. open everything before starting the work.

They make pretty good parts. I have never had any issues with ordering parts. They are usually there next day even when I order them at 10-11pm. I have had to use warrenty on 2 parts, one was for a control arm which because it was a split year had to get the proper one sent back and the other was for a strut tower bushing that gave way after I hit a pothole. Shocks and struts are better then sachs and koni stock spec and give excellent performance for street application. !Always get lifetime warrenty! but other then that they are pretty good parts even tho they are cheap.
