unexceptable customer service & poor fitment of parts .
I will never be a customer again with prime choice ! Poor customer service , paying for free shipping ,& sending parts that dont fit !! To many mistakes for one company on an order !!

Item way below specs, rude and annoying customer service rep...
...when I told the rep, the rotors for my clk350 are considerably below discard thickness, the rep asked me to take pictures of the rotors measuring the thickness. when I asked why you not do it with the items in stock, she just simply refused to do so. Not sure if these rotors were simply used rotors taken off vehicles after their life is over and simply polished and resold. I would have given them the benefit of doubt but the bad customer service experience makes me believe otherwise. And also the fact, one of the rotors came damaged, chipped in 2-3 places on the edges - makes one question the quality of the material used. Only positive is that they did eventually arrange a pickup and issued a full refund.

The wrong application for my car, after the free shipping I paid back and an additional 20% restocking fee, I got my money back; wait, no I didn't.
I ordered brake shoes for my 2003 Impreza Wrx for the parking brake. I got shoes for a rear drum brake impreza...not park brake shoes for disc brakes. It was explained to me that if I sent the shoes back, I would get my money back minus a 20% restock fee and the original shipping. I also had to pay the shipping to get it back to them. After I resent the shoes and was expecting a few bucks back....I got nothing. Don't buy from these people.

Shipped wrong part
They radiator instead of brake pads and rotors. Called customer service rude representative. Refused to expedite replacement parts. I'm done ordering from them too many other options in ordering parts sorry you asked for an honest review.
