DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY! THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY QUOTED $750 AND, THREE DAYS LATER, ON THE DAY THEY WERE TO PICK UP THE CAR, THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO $3000. THAT IS FRAUD AND IS A CRIME. WHEN WE TOLD THEM TO GET LOST, THEY STARTED WITH THE THREATS. "WE'RE KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT AND CHARGING YOU AN ADDITIONAL $200 TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.". THEY ARE NOW CALLING OUR PHONE NON-STOP AND BLASTING US WITH THREATENING TEXTS. I LET THEM CONTINUE UNTIL I HAD ENOUGH OF THEM TO FORWARD TO THE VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT AND REGULATORY AUTHORITIES. I FORGOT TO MENTION: THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE VERY LIKELY FAKE. CHECK TO SEE IF THEY'RE VERIFIED LIKE MINE.

***SCAM*** In my experience, dealing with PRIME CAR SHIP LLC has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I spent countless hours trying to get answers, following up through multiple channels, and attempting to resolve problems that should have been handled by the company. The stress and inconvenience caused significant disruption to both my personal and professional life. They initially quoted a shipping price of $825. Later, they increased it to $2,500 and then to $3,000, continuously changing the quoted amount without justification. After all this occurred and continuous follow up’s for almost a week, I requested a cancellation and a refund of the $150 deposit that I had paid upfront. However, they immediately denied my refund request and instead demanded an additional $200 cancellation fee. I did not receive any confirmation email outlining the agreed-upon service, pricing, or terms and conditions. Instead, I was provided with a link to sign electronically, but the terms and conditions were not clearly visible or accessible during the process. Later, the company claimed that I had agreed to and signed the terms and conditions, and then began threatening me. However, I was never given a fair opportunity to review those terms before making the payment or completing the signature process. This lack of transparency is both misleading and concerning. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers avoid doing business with this company. The lack of transparency, changing quotes, and poor customer service can have a significant impact on both your personal and professional life. The worst and most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. They called the week of the pickup and scheduled a “guaranteed pickup”. Then they called the day off to reschedule to the next day and then they tried to reschedule again. Then they just canceled when we couldn’t extend it any farther. Do not trust this business
