Worst company I have ever experienced in my life time. Only selected 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. These people quoted me around 900 dollars about 2 months ago to ship my brand new BMW across the nation for college. I booked my shipping 3 months in advance to ensure I would get the best service, prices, and most important not procrastinating. Coming closer to the date I had no updates coming near to the event from anyone from the company, the very day before no one reached out even then. I had to personally call the company THE SAME DAY they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, and then they told me it was going to be roughly 3000 MORE DOLLARS ON TOP OF MY 500 DEPOSIT. And I told them that’s unacceptable trying to get them back to the original price, but they refused and tried charging me ANOTHER 300$ for canceling on them. Worst company, worst customer service, worst possible experience anyone could ever have especially when planning ahead. Worst policies, and NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. I had no idea what anyone was saying to me 95% of the time. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTNG SCAMMED AND GIVING AWAY FREE THOUSAND OF DOLLARS!!!!

Simon Smith was professional and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with him. He was referred by family and friends. I would recommend highly that you do service with the company and will be using them again in the near future.

This was a horrible experience. David James, Richard Wilson, and Tim Ellis are all dishonest brokers. David James quoted me a price to ship my vehicle. I paid half the shipping cost and signed the contract. He postponed my shipment 3 times, twice after the pick up window passed. On the third attempt, he did not come to the office and Richard Wilson took the case. He said he needed to find a driver and then Tim Ellis calls and tell me the cost was going to be approximately a $1000 more than the original quote. I said no and I wanted a refund. He threatened to charge $200 for breach of contract. Then Richard Wilson contacted me saying the same thing. Now I have a lawyer involved, we'll see how it goes.

Worst company ever ! Like everyone else I was quoted $625 then after a a couple of possible reschedules due to the driver, they increase the price to $1900 after giving a $200 deposit and after I told them no that I couldn’t afford that they said well we’re keeping your $200 for a cancellation fee. On top of that they were extra mean after I told him that I was not gonna pay $1900.
