Kate has always helped us with multiple previous travel needs and one upcoming trip in early 2025. Very responsive with our questions and eliminates any concerns. It’s well worth it to deal with Kate as we save a few bucks booking with her.

Under pressure
We booked last minute flights to Madrid and Cameron accommodated us perfectly. Then we had to cancel 24 hours before the flight because of the hurricane. Cameron was able to negotiate with the airlines to rebook us later in the season for very reasonable price. Really recommend him and prime flights.
Response from Prime FlightsNov 29, 2024
We're so glad to hear that Cameron was able to assist you so effectively with your last-minute booking and the subsequent need for rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. At Prime Flights, we strive to provide flexibility and excellent service even when plans change unexpectedly. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope you enjoy your rescheduled trip to Madrid!

James was introduced to us highly…
James was introduced to us highly recommended by our family physician whom they have used in all their travel needs for many years. James was very cordial from the get go and answered all our questions about our pilgrimage flight to Rome during Jubilee Year. He was able to secure flights for 34 passengers stress-free, without pressure. I highly recommend prime-flights for any travel needs.
