Prime FlightsReviews of prime-flights.com

Steve was amazing!!! He was very kind and listened to all my needs. He came up with better flight times and connections than anyone else. And I got a good price so I booked with them. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Orlando in Prime Flight customer service was awesome! So helpful. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me. Walked me through every step and every question I had for him very thorough.. Well recommend a family and friends.

Orlando is very responsive and clear. There was an issue with United the last time I used Prime the night before my flight when I tried to check in online. My issue was immediately handled by Orlando’s manager and hit me replacement flights with no additional cost or change of arrival or any inconvenience for that matter. I was impressed and that’s why i just booked 10 business class tickets for my family today. No company is perfect but you see the quality of that company in the way and speed they handle problems. Prime Flight passed with flying colors!

I was very pleased with the great job performance, helpful and attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better agent. Thank you Jordan Z

David Young is very easy to work with. He responds to inquiries quickly.
