Our experience with Prime Flights has been a very positive one. We had a few health issues after making reservations and Steve Odilov, Customer Service Manager was very understanding and went to bat for us with the Airlines to assist us in reaching an acceptable solution to our problem which truely restored our faith in humanity. It was a pleasure working with Prime Flights and we would not hesitate to use them and to recommend the company to others.

Owen was our agent and I cannot say enough good things about him .. his service was so patient, kind and professional! He sincerely helped with the reservations.. he’s a tremendous credit to your organization . I will tell anyone seeking tickets to go through Owen by name !

Stanley King did an awesome job finding and assembling a complex itinerary at a good price- from Miami, Fl to Hanoi, Viet Nam and return from Cambodia back to Miami. He presearched and provided times, flight, layovers, airlines, prices, and seat selections-he addressed all my concerns- I just returned- the trip was smooth without issues. Stanley King is an attentive and knowledgable Rep at PrimeFlight-He provided amazing service. I most certainly will recommend this company to my friends. My next trip will most definitely be through PrimeFlight with Stsnley King!
