I would like to compliment and applaud all the services provided by Aurthur in understanding my travel needs and then give various options to meet them. Very attentive, diligent, soft spoken ans clearly knew what customer service meant. I unfortunately had to cancel my plans due to gulf conflict but my experience was excellent on phone, text and email.

Due to personal reasons, I initially canceled my ticket but later changed my mind. Mike Rogers was extremely patient throughout the entire process and worked with me to find the best deals available. Excellent customer service and communication — 10/10 client satisfaction!.

David was impressive with his thorough and patient he was. Never felt pressured or rushed. His prices were significantly less than other consolidator. Highly recommend him.

David Young has arranged my travel needs for a few years now. He goes above & beyond to secure my competitive rates and makes himself available at short notice and all hours of the day & night. He goes above & beyond any other business travel agent I have ever dealt with. Completely honest & reliable. Fact he is a top bloke is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Alex found me a great deal, was persistent without being intrusive or disrespectful of my time. I’m really looking forward to the business class flight he arranged for me at a very reasonable fair with stopovers in the cities I really wanted to visit. I’ll write again after the trip is over but so far I’ve been impressed by his efficiency, and respectful service.
