The delivery was supposed to be completed yesterday but has yet to arrive. I was sequestered at home all day waiting!! As of 5:00 PM today it is still not here!!!

Still waiting for delivery on August 18.

I never received a notification that my order is ready for pickup, and have had to go in and check manually each time. If there was an ability to notify someone that their order is ready for pickup, that would be great.

To avoid high desert temps, I requested to ship via 2 day overnight that would have resulted in Tuesday delivery. Erin convinced me to do GLS out on Monday with Wednesday delivery. I called Tuesday and was told it DID go out on Monday but with FedEx. Itinerary shows FedEx was NOTIFIED 1pm Monday but did not pick up until 3pm Tuesday. Typical FedEx subsequent delays now show Friday delivery. Temps increasing. I'm done using FedEx. Regret that you all did not cooperate with my original request.

Auto Marketing (Could not opt-out even though tried to) The ordering process, shipping timing, etc. was effective and easy to use. However, the check out process did not allow me to continue as a guest and performed the following actions which I did not opt into: (1) Signed my email account up for marketing emails, (2) Created an account automatically. The website should be updated so continuing as a guest does not require an email entry within the form, or the creation of the account and marketing emails should be opt-in by user selection.
