I have not received my order!

I am sure that I purchased a Barolo, can’t remember the date and name, but so far have received notification nor the wine.

I received a solicitation regarding a sale on Austin Hope’s 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet which will love. The notice stated the allocation was adjusted to liter sized bottles as of July 1. So I waited until July 1, order 6 bottles, and received 6 750mls. I think the price was reasonable regardless but there is nothing I dislike more than a bait and switch. I won’t be buying again from Prima Vini.

I ordered a bottle of Italian Amaro, and I didn't receive it. Once I placed the order there wasn't any way to check on the status of the order, no tracking at all, so after a few days I call theme and they just told me the inventory in stock wasn't right! So I bought something that wasn't available. I appreciated Frank on the phone who accepted my refound!

You asked me if I was willing to pay expedited shipping. I said no and cancelled the order. Your response was "someone will be getting back to you". Nobody did. But I don't care if they get back to me or not. I want my credit. It's been nine days - still no credit. What gives?

I was mailed three bottles of the wrong mezcal, what I ordered was not the mezcal I received.
