Prima Vini Wine MerchantsReviews of primavini.com

Very straightforward process.

Great selection; great advice. Thanks!

Great wine, good pricing, quick shipping. A good package.

Great prices and fast shipping. Overall it was a nice buying experience

Was able to find items I couldn’t find anywhere else and the shipment was accurate and package robust for shipping. Will use again.

Ordered online. Great packaging! Frank was very helpful! Thank you!

Prima Vini Wine Merchants offered a tough to find bottle that they shipped straight to my door. The bottle arrived unscathed and exactly as described. I would definitely order from them again.

My recent review was very critical of Prima Vini because of a lack of response to an order. In their usual form, I received a call the next day from Brandon, apologizing and explaining the shops had been closed for a break after the Christmas rush. He offered to deliver my order the next day, which they did. THAT’s the kind of customer service I’ve experienced over the years, and why it’s my go-to wine & spirits merchant! Original review: I love you all, but I placed an order last week and have heard nothing about whether I can pick it up. I did email last week asking about it. No response.
