Prima Vini Wine MerchantsReviews of primavini.com

Everything was delivered on time. Tremendous customer service and communication. It’s really appreciated.

The customer service at Prima Vini is superb. When my online order didn’t arrive, I called and it took less than 30 minutes to figure out what had happened and have the wine shipped to me the same day. It’s wonderful to talk to knowledgeable people without the hassle of a messaging system. This is one of only three wine merchants that I deal with.

I like the fact that you put on some great sales of the wines I particularly love...also, the shipping time was very quick and the delivery man brought it into my home as I am elderly and need help most of the time....

Proactive email with special buy again price/coupon code. Simple to reorder and appreciate the countdown of what’s left in inventory.

Being a previous customers I was invited to purchase up to 36 bottles of the wine I like, they were shipped free and arrived on time. Well done!

I miss the Friday Night wine tasting events in WC shop!

I made a follow up call to address cold weather shipping issues and received excellent service.

First time buying wine online arrived in a week. Great price will shop again
