I ordered primal storm and everything went well but I was surprised that to find out that the product isn’t “complete” as a stand alone. If Ashwaganda is so vitally important then why isn’t it in the original product?

Simple to order. Very clear instructions to get the product from the website. The upsells weren't super pushy either. And the follow up emails regarding the order's shipping helps

The order process was ok. The issue was after I ordered get an email product is back ordered. So why did this hit my account payment. Most places hit my card when ships. I have no clue when I will receive my product. Not a good start.
