Was expecting to receive the printed version but received only the download one. Not encouraging as quite difficult to read small fonts on mobile. Eyes get tired quickly. Am 66.

We're sorry for the disappointment and confusion about the book format. We understand that reading on a small screen can be uncomfortable, especially when you were expecting a physical copy. At the moment, our books are only available in digital format, but you're always welcome to print them if you'd prefer a paper version. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we look for ways to improve our customers' experience.

I have asked repeatedly for a refund. You just ignore. I DID NOT place an order but you sent one anyway. Rebecca, check your e-mails and see if you can fix this problem. Order 94617 from 8/26/26. I DID place And receive an order in May but made no progress on sugar readings. Peggy Floyd

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, Peggy. We understand how frustrating it must be to have requested a refund multiple times without feeling that your concerns have been addressed, especially when you haven't seen the results you were hoping for. We appreciate you providing your order number and bringing this to our attention. We'd like our support team, including Rebecca, to review your previous correspondence and investigate what happened with your August order and refund requests. Please reach out to us at [email protected], referencing your order number and previous correspondence, so we can look into this further and work toward a fair resolution. We take your concerns seriously and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to make things right.

I always knew the benefits of cinnamon. But to have Ceylon cinnamon and at such an awesome dose. I am ready to start feeling the multiple benefits it has to give. I mean heck thats why I bought a year supply. Call it Faith. Also instantly was greeted by staff asking about what my plan was and thanking me for buying. For me that generosity goes a long way in me trusting a product and the company behind it. Can't wait for my product to arrive.

I should know by now never to think the sales pitch is over the first time you select your item; nor the when you select the second item on the same order. But it's eventually after the third go around of asking for money. Also, never assume the price indicated is the price you pay once your credit card has gone through. My $19 cost for the aged garlic went up to $54. I will cal customer service when I calm down.

We understand how upsetting it can be when the final amount is higher than you expected, especially when you're trying to complete a simple purchase. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team when you're ready. We'd be happy to review your order and clarify the charges with you.
