The main thing I have not had to deal… great customer service
The main thing I have not had to deal with is trying to return product. The other companies take weeks to understand that I am returning the product.

Product good, service not good
I particularly liked the aged garlic supplement which I tried to get more of and asked if there were any special offers since I’m elderly, disabled an and on alimited budget. The response I got was less than helpful, so I did not place another order.

Getting the primal remedy product is…
Getting the primal re.edy product is great. However I am the one that needs to go backto you when I need more. It is because I dont always have the money to buy when you want to to send it to me. I DO Not appreciate being told I have an order on the way. This is not what I signed up for.

Good source of Ceylon Cinnamon
My best friend and I were looking for a source of a Ceylon Cinnamon supplement. We think we have found it in this product, and are both seeing positive results since we have been taking it. Our biggest complaint has been the delivery company, who throws this over the gate onto the hot porch in the Arizona heat. This delivery company could do better for them.
