As a former customer I would advise everyone to stay away from this company and any company that conducts business with them. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign up with them, but when it is time for services to be performed, nothing is what they said it will be. They will initially quote you one price, but be careful because the price will go up by thousands of dollars several times more. I honestly believe they are a scam and someone should look at this company legally.

Flight Canceled Due to Mechanical Issues
My sons flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. He missed his grandmothers funeral. Priceline has not issued a refund. It’s been two weeks and many phone calls. Delta has done their part but not Priceline. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will NEVER use Priceline again!

DO NOT USE Priceline Logistics or AM MOVING SERVICES
I called Priceline Logistics for a move. During the call, I provided exact quantity and exact measurements. The price was $2735.65 for 353 cubic feet with a deposit of $720. They stated the rest would have to be paid with a cashier check, cash or by Zelle Venmo process. Priceline never mentioned that another company would come pick up. They made it seem like it was their own side doing the pick up and delivery.
During the pick up date, AM Moving Services came in and right away the man said, this is a 500 cubic feet move. He was able to measure my boxes and handful of items with his eyes. He said that he would need to use boxes as he could not ship my items either in the packaging I had. However I told the customer service person on the phone and they had no issues with it.
During their pickup process from AM Moving Services, I called Priceline and customer service person Amanda said, no problem and it would be taking care of no worries. The cubic feet should not be an issue nor the extra charge of $800 for 12 boxes. She said I do not need to cancel. So i went forward with the move.
1. The original cubic feet given on the phone does not match what ws charged. Over the phone 353 cubic feet. $2735.65 There is an overcharge when it was picked up and AM moving services said $4424. AM Moving Services overcharged $1688.35. Now They are not returning my calls.
2. The person that came said they used 12 boxes and charged me extra $800 which is an overcharge amount. Why would 12 boxes at 18x18x27 cost $800?
3. When I called Priceline spoke to Amanda she said that we would clear it up and that I should not worry. After the pickup, I called many times (15 to be exact) I have dates and times of me calling and leaving messages. Amanda never called me back. I called customer service many times as well. Finally spoke to Cathy. She said they were having issues with Covid. So many people are out sick. Cathy said people who come in at the pick up make mistakes on cubic feet. My move was not 500 cubic feet. I gave specific measurements, I asked them to listen to the call. I did not add any additional items. What I told the customer service person is the same at pick up with the exact measurements.
4. After 20 days with no one calling, finally the night before they were coming to deliver they called. Stating they would do the delivery, we agreed on 4:30 p.m. as they had other deliveries. The delivery guys came in with a 26 foot Penske truck. They did not have a dolly, a pull cart or box cutters to remove the tape on the blankets. I provided all this from the apartment service where the items were being delivered. I even helped them move boxes and push it to the elevator as the timing for the dock was till 6:30. The two guys delivering were very nice, dont get me wrong they are just doing what these companies expect. Overcharge and under deliver.
During my delivery, someone else's item was delivered to me. I tracked down the owner and had the item picked up and redelivered.
After reviewing my items, 5 of my boxes are missing, desk chair leg broken, and a cleaning bucket missing.
In the meantime, I called my credit card company to put in a dispute. Neither of the companies are helping me, my items are lost and no one is talking about the overcharge process.
Priceline now is stating since I put in a dispute, they are not going to help me. Instead of not helping me and just saying since I did this, you are going to do this. Priceline Logistics should deliver what they promised.
I have to reach out to AM Moving Services and they are not responding either. Someone has my stuff, along with the overcharged amounts.
This process is so frustrating, I am spending my time trying to track down people, filling out complaints, reporting these two companies to several government offices. It can not be this hard to have a business and instead of scamming customers just do the job accurately. Trust me when I say this is not the end of this and this process will not end with me just disappearing or letting this go. I will follow this process and if need be take it to court.

Poor service
Original quote was $3100 but when mover showed up the price increased to $4700. I was able to get the moving company, Big Shoulders, to reduce the price to $4200. Priceline was no help with this. When the furniture was delivered, some items were damaged and other items were missing. I would not use these companies again.

If I could give them a 0, I would
DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. They are running a scam. Worked with Jim to schedule the move. Put down a deposit. Jim put in my contract that I could cancel for a full deposit refund up to 5 days before my move. When I tried to cancel my move a MONTH before the move, I was told I was only going to get half of my deposit back. Called Jim and Maria in customer service about 3x a week to get this fixed. Maria was constantly unavailable and rude. I had to call so often because they wouldn't take my calls. Finally was told a flat out that Jim did not have the authority to offer me a full deposit refund, even after I talked to someone in the billing/finance department. Repeat: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

I am writing this to inform the public…
I am writing this to inform the public that are using moving companies to move their furniture from place to place through Priceline. They will take your personal items and you will never see them again. Priceline logistics continues to contract these gypsie companies that steal your furniture and personals. Priceline continues to reward these thieving companies for their bad behavior. SMART VAN LINES is one of these companies that will steal your furniture, just like they stole mine. These companies continue to relocate to different areas trying to hide themselves from the public. They will not answer your calls when you try to contact them. These so called businesses makes the whole moving system look bad. Anyone who has suffered loss of funds due to these companies can go to the better business bureau and the fraud department of your credit card company and they may be able to help you.

Do not trust this company whatsoever
Do not trust this company whatsoever, they will lie to you and once you sign the contract you are trapped. THEY NOT A MOVING COMPANY, they outsource them. Which is easily something you can do on your own, I thought they were the moving company because that is what Waylon told me. I moved from Texas to Oregon and needed my items in Oregon 1 week after I scheduled the pick up. Waylon verbally guaranteed me that my items would be there on a specific date and I told him that was the most important thing to me. Come to find out the day of pick up that Priceline is not the actual mover, the quote they give you on the phone is not final and it takes up to 21 days for items to move across country. My items sat in a warehouse before arriving to my new home. Once I found out all this information I called back Priceline which no one ever picks up and it took several phone calls before I spoke to someone. The manager refused to speak with me, I asked the woman on the phone why he did not want to come to the phone and she said it was because he did not want to hear me complain. This company will only disappoint you, they should not even be in business. Their whole operation is scam.

Been over 2 weeks still have t gotten…
Been over 2 weeks still have t gotten my stuff to TX my new location. Also they were a week late on grabbing my stuff. All my stuff is at the warehouse in NV of the moving company. I have to keep calling every couple of days. I will be pressing charges with my lawyer shortly and filing BBB complaint well as FTC. This has been a nightmare and will never do this again
