Price chopper in vails gate NY has some of the poorest quality and STALE FROZEN BAKED GOODS not even worth the over priced $4.99 return People stop going there and expecting fresh products! Sad very sad I used to spend $1000’s with theses stores and now I will not be returning after speaking with a lead that explained everything is frozen and trash ! Thanks for great customer support that’s sarcasm !!

I dont know what's going on with the store on Altamont Ave in Schenectady, but it's becoming unsafe to shop there. Today to teenagers were riding on the handicap scooters and almost ran into my wife. We mentioned it to a woman who was mopping the floors and she said they're here all the time and ignored our comment. We told the manager as he was leaving and he said thank you and went back to what he was doing. My wife and I won't be back, this store doesn't care what happens in it. Then in the parking lot there are carts in parking spaces all over and a man and woman yelling at each other.

Everything is overpriced, and of low quality. Stuff often expires or goes off quickly. I've seen bread go moldy within a day and corn go off within two. A lot of the fruit is visibly rotten on the shelves.

I shop at this store in Vermont for years. Today in deli, I had to wait for almost 10 mins cause one worker had his back towards myself doing inventory and one other who's a female I call her S was 4 feet away stocking veggies. What's worse S looked at me standing there and didn't help me, just carrying on until the other worker manage to turn and see me. But there should be a bell or something to let deli know. But has soon the worker helped me, another customer needed help, S decided to help the customer and looked at me, I looked at her shaking my head. I had to rush cause my driver was coming, had to leave 5 products off my list and market 32 only had 2 cashiers and more self checkouts. I hope market 32 becomes better, but this time I'm going elsewhere to shop for awhile.

I've been shopping at the Pricechopper in Catskill NY since 7/2019. The products are always fresh, the shelves are always stocked, and the staff is unbelievably FRIENDLY and they treat you like Family. Im grateful for this store, since I'm new in the are. Its encouraging to shop here. God bless the Staff and their Families, and thank you ALL for braving this freezing snowy, icy weather. Be Safe and Warm!!

This morning I went to market 32 on Balltown Rd in Niskayuna. I had ordered pies for Thanksgiving because I’m a terrible baker, and when I arrived at the bakery counter, discovered that Bob G had been up since the wee hours of the morning baking and had my pies all ready to go! He was both pleasant and professional, and makes the best pies ever!
